Payments should be made on or before the due date to avoid late payment charges. For ADA accounts, the funds should be enough to cover the monthly installment/amount due. In case your due date falls on week-end/non-working day, debiting will be the next banking day.

Q9. My Auto Insurance policy will expire next month, what should I do?
You will receive an insurance notice and renewal offer from BPI/MS which will be sent one month before the expiry. If not received, please contact BPI-MS Customer Service at any of the following:

Q10. My auto loan balance is minimal, do you still procure insurance for it?
BFSB will only procure insurance coverage for you if your loan balance is more than two hundred thousand pesos, otherwise procurement for less than P200K will be on client/s sole discretion which means you can continue to avail our insurance services thru BPI/MS.
Q11. Can I purchase my own motor insurance policy?
Only accredited insurance companies are accepted. Non-BPI/MS insurance policies are subject to acceptance and approval by management.
Q12. How do I know if my insurance policy is acceptable?
For your convenience, we encourage our loan clients to avail the services of BPI/MS insurance. Documentary stamps (DST) cannot be waived should your non-BPI/MS policy be deemed unacceptable. However, you can still call 89-100 or our Customer Service number at 754-69-21 or visit us at BPI Family Savings Bank Center, Mezzanine floor, Paseo Cor. Dela Rosa Sts., Makati City for verification.
Q13. I have my own procured insurance policy but was submitted late.
Late submission of owned procured auto insurance policy is subject to approval and pro-rata charges.
Q14. What will happen if I fail to submit on time?
As written in the mortgage loan agreement in case of non-submission, the bank will procure a policy on your behalf.
III. Release of Collaterals for Fully Paid Auto Loans

Only the borrower/s and mortgagors whose name/s appear on the collateral document and their authorized representatives (if client/s is not physically able) can claim the collateral documents.
Q17. What are the requirements in claiming the collateral documents?
The borrower should present a valid ID. If there is more than one borrower, each should present a valid ID.
Q18. If one of the borrowers/spouses has passed away, what are the requirements in claiming the collateral documents?

Q19. I was out of the country for two (2) years and I was not able to get the collateral documents of my fully paid loan, how do I go about it?
Claim the documents at the BPI Family Savings Bank Head Office, Mezzanine Floor, Paseo de Roxas corner Dela Rosa Street, Makati City.
Please note that the Bank notifies clients who are not able to claim their collateral documents within 6 months from date of full payment. A possible charge of warehousing fee will be collected if the documents are not claimed within a certain period from the date of receipt of the notice.

For change of address / contact information, send letter of request to Customer Service Section, Mezzanine floor, BPI Family Savings Bank Center Paseo Cor., Dela Rosa Sts., Makati City. You can also fax it to 754-68-44 or 754-67-36.
