1. Auto Loan Real Thrills with Free Insurance is EXCLUSIVE to all BPI/BPI Family Savings Bank clients who apply for a BPI Family Auto Loan from February 1 to June 22, 2012.
2. The approved and availed auto loan should have minimum amount financed of Php 600,000 and a minimum term of 36 months to be eligible for the FREE 1 year comprehensive motor insurance with Acts of Nature Coverage on the unit to be financed.
3. Units must be delivered and booked on or before June 29, 2012 to qualify to the promo.
4. Unit must be brand new and for private use only.
5. Clients must agree to renew auto insurance coverage with BPI/MS Insurance Corporation for the entire term of the loan.
6. FREE Insurance coverage will consist of the following:
   a. Own Damage and Theft up - At Fair Market Value
   b. Acts of Nature - At Fair Market Value
   c. Voluntary Third Party Liability Bodily Injury - Php 200,000.00
   d. Voluntary Third Party Liability Property Damage - Php 200,000.00
   e. Unnamed Passenger Personal Accident (UPPA) at Php 50,000.00/seat based on the vehicles actual seating capacity maximum of 15 pax - FREE
   f. Express Roadside Assistance (ERA) - FREE
7. Accounts of all BPI Unibank employees and their spouses are not included in this promo.
8. Free Insurance Coverage is not convertible to cash.
9. In case of dispute, the BPI Family Auto Loan Business Head’s decision will be deemed final.
10. These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government, direction and regulation. The promotion will be void where   prohibited or restricted by law. 
11. This promo may not be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promo or perk of BPI Family Auto Loan.
