PROMO MECHANICS:

1. This promo is open to all clients who will apply for a BPI Family Auto Loan through BPI and BPI Family Savings Bank branches, and online channel (www.bpiloans.com)

2. Application must be received from November 26 to December 31, 2020, and subsequently approved and released by January 31, 2021 (fulfillment period). Submission of required documents, approval of application, Purchase Order issuance, and Authority to Deliver issuance must be complied with within the processing period.

3. In no event will the Bank be liable for special, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer and implementation of this promo. These promo terms and conditions shall form an integral part of the Promissory Note with Chattel Mortgage form which the client will execute with the Bank.
